Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to provide professional service and technical support across a range of CNC machine tools. This is a hands on role where you’ll be responsible for installation, diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of high-precision equipment, ensuring it performs to the highest standards.
You’ll work closely with customers to deliver on-site technical support, build strong relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement of products and services. This position involves both mechanical and electrical work, making it an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys variety and problem solving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Install, commission, service, and maintain CNC machinery.
  • Diagnose and repair both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, rebuilds, and reconditioning work.
  • Prepare detailed service and fault reports.
  • Instruct and support customers in the correct use and care of their equipment.
  • Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to product improvements and continuous development initiatives.
