Joblevel:No job level  Role Objective *This role is based in the South of Spain The Service Engineer Large Scale is responsible for performing commissioning, maintenance, and repair of customer equipment. The role establishes and maintains proper business relationships and carries out necessary administrative duties. Key Responsibilities Collaborate internally with service and sales colleagues to ensure smooth operation and support.• Perform on-site services for commissioning, maintenance, or repair of SMA Large Scale products.• Maintain and control personal spare part stock, company car, and tools.• Deliver training to customers on basic operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SMA Large Scale products.• Conduct detailed error and event analysis, acting as an SMA Senior Expert.• Properly escalate technical issues to R&D when required. Requirements Education & Training Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or similar. Knowledge of Industrial Communications (Modbus, RS485, etc.). Knowledge of solar technology and electrical grid management. Relevant work experience in a similar role. Professional Experience Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Skills & Competencies High communication skills with strong customer orientation. Team player attitude, including when working remotely. Multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities. Strong follow-through, time management, and planning skills. Proficiency with IT tools (Office, Salesforce, SAP, etc.). Availability to travel 60% of the time.
