Responsibilities:
- Prepare technical and site-specific documentation specific to the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process and evaluate bids/offers.
- Provide mobilization and demobilization, management of purchase orders.
- Create and update site documentation such as lifting plan, installation instructions, erection protocol, etc.
- Support the development of the HSE & Quality plans with the responsible person.
- Provide technical support to the site team and facilitate clarification with the engineering team.
- Participate in design review meetings and ensure field related design considerations.
- Prepare and maintain subcontractor work packages.
- Participate in short- and medium-term work planning (Four Week Look Ahead).
- Review and support data quality (time booking, planned hours, progress) in our construction management software, Insite LMS.
- Support the identification, reporting and documentation of scope deviations (non-conformances, claims and change orders), risks and opportunities.
- Monitor achievement of quality, schedule, costs, and corrective actions.
- Conduct regular meetings for lessons learned, site status review, performance plan, etc.
