DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

  • You represent the OEM at the customer’s site or by roving, providing technical advises and recommendations on the operation and maintenance of OEM’s products, as first interface between customer and the OEM
  • You establish and maintain a climate of professionalism, confidence and trust among customers and have an impeccable ethics with regard to the OEM interests
  • You listen to customers, understand their needs, monitor and analyze customer satisfaction related to the OEM product support
  • You anticipate customer difficulties and recommend solutions defined with the customer support team
  • You track & report in dedicated tools the Service Bulletins implementation and Customer Notification Report (CNR) resolution (for Leap programs these activities are key)
  • You are an active member of the customer team and attend all meetings requested by the team in coordination with the Customer Support Manager (CSM) or Customer Program Manager
