Field Service Engineer Location: Auburn Hills, MI, 48326 JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team in Auburn Hills, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment at customer locations. * Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety. * Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance. * Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions efficiently to minimize downtime. * Document service activities, including work performed, parts used, and customer interactions. * Collaborate with engineering and support teams to improve product performance and customer experience. * Travel regularly to customer sites within the assigned territory. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field preferred. * Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role. * Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region. * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
