We have an immediate requirement for a Field Service Engineer to join the Service team, you will be required to travel in the North East of England (vehicle will be provided).
You will be attending customer sites to maintain the machines and carry out repairs to existing machines where required. The role also includes the commissioning of new machines and training operators.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and repairing hydraulic, electrical and battery powered machinery
  • Providing training to the customers on the full use of the machinery
  • Creating professional relationships with customers to achieve customer loyalty
  • Working closely with the Service Support team in managing workload effectively and reporting accurate and timely activities
  • Organising diary and prioritising workloadManaging administrative tasks and completing paperwork accurately where required
