You’ll be the face of STERIS in Victoria, installing, maintaining, and repairing cutting edge Endoscopy, Operating Theatre, and Infection Control equipment. Your work will directly support hospitals and clinics in delivering safe, high quality care.

• Install, maintain, and repair STERIS medical equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer support onsite, by phone, and via email.
• Diagnose faults and perform urgent repairs (including after-hours on-call rotation).
• Provide user training and technical guidance.
• Maintain accurate service records and manage spare parts inventory.
• Identify and recommend training needs and process improvements.
