Field Service Engineer (Kyocera Copiers)
Location: Cross Hands
Hours: Full-time, permanent
We’re looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our growing team, specialising in Kyocera copiers and MFPs. You’ll play a key role in keeping our clients’ systems running smoothly from troubleshooting and repairs, to installations and proactive support.

What you’ll be doing

  • Responding to support tickets through our internal helpdesk system.
  • Using remote management tools to diagnose and resolve technical issues where possible.
  • Visiting customer sites to carry out maintenance, repairs, and installations.
  • Installing, configuring, and networking Kyocera copier devices.
  • Carrying out preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
  • Maintaining accurate service records and reporting.
  • Providing excellent customer service, acting as the friendly face of our business on-site.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience working with Kyocera copiers/MFPs (or similar devices).
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with both hardware and software.
  • Experience working with ticketing/helpdesk systems.
  • Familiarity with remote monitoring/management tools.
  • A full UK driving licence (field visits required).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a wider support team.
