About the role Konica Minolta is looking for a candidate who is production trained and has a passion for moving into Production Engineering. They should have a strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and a professional approach, as well as a positive attitude in dealing with customers. These roles focus on our world-class Production Print portfolio with the opportunity to expand into our Industrial Print portfolio in the future. Ideal Candidate To be qualified for this position, ideally, your background and skills will comprise the following: Training in production and having a passion for moving into Production Engineering. The installation and support of High-end Colour and B&W equipment. Experience in equipment service is essential, preferably in the service of Colour Copiers and/or Printers, in a networked environment. Applicants must possess a mechanical/electrical aptitude and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of networking and concepts of digital printing, printer languages, desktop publishing applications, colour management and ICC-based workflows. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong work ethic and customer focus. Clean full New Zealand driver’s license. New Zealand residency. Ability to work autonomously.
