FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Location: Ideally based from Basingstoke or surrounding areas
Salary: Competitive (Dependent on Experience)

Responsibilities

We’re seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll perform break/fix repairs, preventative maintenance, and installations on a variety of equipment, such as:

  • Barcode scanners
  • EPOS systems
  • Last-mile delivery lockers
  • Car parking systems

Training: Don’t worry if you lack experience with these technologies—comprehensive manufacturer and in-house training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, aiming for first-time fixes.
  • Maintain accurate tool and parts inventory.
  • Adhere to service level agreements and update call progress via a smartphone.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication.
