IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

• Provide mechanical on-site technical direction and supervision during maintenance events (inspections) of customer owned Facilities utilizing rotating equipment
• Ensure accurate installation/trouble shooting/maintenance & diagnostics of the rotating equipment according to Sulzer Specifications, engineering instructions, drawings & process instructions
• Manage site activities like planning/integration/monitoring of resources and technical assistance based on agreed contractual work scope
• Supervise contract employees, manpower by providing directions, instructions, monitor quality and progress during Gas Turbine overhauls
• Discussing the repairs to be carried out with engineers and implementing staff
• The support of field service activities in a back-office role
• The developments on rotating equipment related services and products

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• 5 years’ experience in rotating equipment engineering and hands-on maintenance
• Experience to understand and implement mechanical drawings (section, construction, assembly dwg, P&ID, alignment specification, flushing/blowing procedure, piping specification, etc.)
• Very good English language skills
• A proactive, flexible, and problem-solving attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
