Rotork, ein globales Unternehmen, stellt aktiv Außendiensttechniker im Raum Hilden ein. Diese zentrale Rolle umfasst die Bereitstellung wichtiger Servicepläne für unsere Kunden und ihre Standorte, die Behebung verschiedener technischer Störungen und die Durchführung geplanter Wartungsarbeiten für unsere Produkte. Sie berichten an den Servicemanager und sind ein integraler Bestandteil eines nationalen Außendiensttechnikerteams, das schnelle und effektive Lösungen für Kundenprobleme bietet. Im Rahmen dieser Rolle sind Sie für die Identifizierung von Fehlern, die Durchführung von Reparaturen sowie das Testen und Modifizieren von Aktuatoren vor Ort verantwortlich. Sie kümmern sich auch um die mechanische und elektrische Installation von Aktuatoren sowie die damit verbundenen Nachrüstanpassungen von Komponenten, Sockeln und Antriebswellen. Genaue und technische Berichte über die Vor-Ort-Besuche für jeden abgeschlossenen Auftrag sind ein wichtiger Bestandteil dieser Rolle. Diese Gelegenheit ist ideal für einen entschlossenen Problemlöser, der die Fehlerbehebung logisch angeht und die Flexibilität besitzt, viel zu reisen, einschließlich Übernachtungen. Erfahrungsanforderungen: Technische Erfahrung und/oder relevante Kenntnisse über Ventile, Aktuatoren und digitale Steuerungssysteme oder entsprechende Geräte Gutes Verständnis grundlegender Theorien zu Elektronik, Elektrik und Fluidtechnik. Fähigkeit, elektrische, pneumatische und hydraulische Schaltpläne zu lesen und zu verstehen und gängige Test- und Kalibrierungswerkzeuge zu verwenden. Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einer praktischen technischen Umgebung.
