You will be responsible for understanding our customers’ needs and providing tool support with alignment with headquarter to ensure we deliver service and value to meet and exceed customers’ expectation. Key Responsibilities Strictly comply with all safety procedures and consistently promote safety and quality as number one priority. Perform semiconductor process equipment installation, upgrade, and maintenance tasks. Communicate with the customer (by phone, email, and in person) to facilitate efficient and consistent customer support. Analyze equipment log data and prepare reports to customer (in MS Power Point, MS Word, MS Excel). Ensure maximum tool uptime and excellent execution of installation and support of hardware issues. Projects manage new evaluations and take ownership project success. Professionally represent the company to the customer. Be committed to customer satisfaction and develop good customer relations by maintaining standards of conduct acceptable to both ASM and customers. May perform other related duties as assigned or requested by manager KEY REQUIREMENTS • Education degree: ‘High school educate or Bachelor degree of Mechanical, Electrical Engineer or related field. • Experienced at least 5 years as field service engineer in related industry. • Excellent communication skills to exchange information • Strong language skills in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) and English (TOIEC 600 or higher) Apply today to be part of what’s next.
