As Field Service Engineer - Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Driving project development, being the reference for Customer and Company on relevant strategy/decision making
• Leading / providing operational framework for activities to teams and skilled labor, ensuring safety, compliance and quality
• update schedules and progress reports, as well as schedule slippages.
• Preparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams
• Ensuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed and completed according to company standards
• provide feedback to the installation manager & design offices

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have an Engineering degree or High School Diploma with relevant work experience
• Demonstrate good working knowledge of mechanical & commissioning installation for rotating equipment.
• Technical awareness of ICL integrated compressor or Gas Turbines or Centrifugal Compressors or Reciprocating Compressors or Steam Turbines and their auxiliaries.
• Display a strong customer service-orientation mindset, experienced leading customers through tough decisions
• Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding
• German speaker mandatory, fluent in English, French is a plus.
