We operate from two Showrooms and service the greater Dublin area and surrounding counties. 65% of all our business comes from customer recommendations.
We are now looking to expand our team further with roles available for Field Service Engineer / Snagger.
Are you motivated by helping customers and enjoy a varied and busy role? We are looking for new members to join our Service team. You will be required to carry out adjustments, glaze and replace locks / barrels. Ideally you should have a varied experience within the industry.
The Role: Meet with customers at their homes and undertake the assigned corrective action to excellent standards. Validate any claims made, ensuring they are consistent with the corrective action reported by the client. To work effectively and professionally within the policies, procedures, aims, objectives and philosophy of the company with your colleagues. To make adjustments to the following: Windows, Doors, Glazed Units, Failed Hardware etc.
You Will: Be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, take pride in exceptional workmanship and customer service. Be self-motivated and able to adapt to different circumstances and knowledge as identified by you, circumstances and knowledge as identified by you, your line manager, people you support and organisation. To be person centred in all aspects of your role Fairco will supply you with all of the equipment, tools, training and a vehicle to be able to excel in the role.

Salary: We pay the highest Industry rates, and the salary is negotiable depending on your experience.
