About the role Job Summary The (Field) Service Sr. Coordinator is responsible for coordinating field service activities including installation, configuration, calibration, and repair of technical products and systems at customer locations. This role supports service delivery and may guide other professional-level staff in non-routine situations. This job profile is intended for professional-level staff that works autonomously and may coordinate the activities of other professional-level staff, especially in non-routine situations. Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance and technical support on installed products and equipment. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve malfunctions. Determine when products should be upgraded or replaced. Provide onsite training for customer support personnel. Coordinate field service schedules and resources. Skills & Qualifications Typically requires advanced vocational training and several years of relevant work experience to carry out the role. Strong technical and diagnostic skills. Proficient in English both written and oral. Ability to work independently and coordinate team activities. Good communication and customer service skills. Familiarity with field service tools and procedures. Willing to business travel to both domestically and abroad.
