Description

We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Service Team in Italy. For this role, you should be based in the Emilia-Romagna area, ideally around Parma or Bologna.

Your Mission

  • You install and configure our industrial 3D printers on-site at our customers and repair mechanical, electrical, or software problems if needed.
  • You ensure the proper set-up of the systems according to client requirements and perform regular maintenance checks to prevent equipment failure.
  • You provide guidance and technical support to customers, offer solutions to operational challenges and give system introductions and basic trainings.
  • By advising customers and colleagues remotely, you optimize the performance of our machines throughout the installed base.
  • You record your service activities, including maintenance reports, repair details, and parts used, and ensure the technical documentation is up to date.

Your Talents

  • Apprenticeship as Mechatronics or Electronics technician, degree in Mechatronic or Electrical engineering, or similar education
  • Work experience as a Field Service Engineer or Service Technician
  • Expertise in maintaining complex industrial machines
  • A car driving license and willingness to travel in the EMEA region
  • Fluent in Italian and very good English language skills
