We are looking for a hands-on, reliable Service & Installation Technician to join our team. This role involves installing our self-serve Dog Wash units at customer sites, training staff on how to use them, and carrying out repair and maintenance work when required.
The ideal candidate will have some plumbing and electrical knowledge, enjoy problem-solving, and be comfortable dealing directly with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and set up Dog Wash units at customer locations
• Train customers and their staff on safe and effective use of the units
• Carry out routine maintenance and repair work as needed
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues on-site
• Maintain accurate records of installations, service visits, and repairs
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing professional support

Requirements

• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge (training provided)
• Previous experience in a service, installation, or maintenance role preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full clean driving licence (travel to customer sites required)
• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to £20,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 1 – 20 per week
