OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. This role is essential for providing on-site support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for metal cutting CNC machinery and robots. The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, and be proficient in analyzing and resolving technical issues. As a Field Service Engineer, you will work closely with clients to ensure optimal performance of their machine tools while adhering to safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in CNC machinery maintenance or robot cell maintenance.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Familiarity with schematics, logic controllers, and CMMS software.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for on-site service calls.
  • 5 years experience Maintaining CNC Machines is a Minimum Requirement.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
