Job Description As a Field Service Engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering a wide range of field service activities across the EMEA region, including commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimisation, maintenance, and repair. In this role, you will provide on-call technical phone support and respond to equipment and customer issues on site. After each installation or intervention, you will prepare detailed field reports to support knowledge sharing across the organisation. You will also collaborate closely with Sales and Project Management teams and deliver on-site training to customer maintenance personnel and service engineers. We are looking for someone who is flexible, customer-oriented, and open to frequent international travel. Key Responsibilities Perform field service activities such as commissioning, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repair Provide on-call technical support and respond to customer and equipment issues Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system-related failures Prepare clear and detailed field service reports after each intervention Deliver on-site training to customer maintenance teams and service engineers Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Sales, Customer Project Support) to ensure customer satisfaction Follow safety protocols and company procedures during all site visits Stay up to date with product knowledge and technical developments Skills & Experience We encourage applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds, even if not all criteria are fully met. Solid understanding of mechanical engineering Working knowledge of electrical power circuits and PLC systems is an advantage Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues Familiarity with computer hardware and configurations is a plus Basic programming knowledge (e.g. C, C++, Java, Python) is an advantage Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering Qualification in Electrical Installation (e.g. Qualification en Électricité d’Installation) Driving license with a good driving record VCA certification is a plus Additional Information Willingness to travel internationally up to 80% of the time Flexible schedule, including occasional work on weekends or during holiday periods Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering Qualification in Electrical Installation (e.g. Qualification en Électricité d’Installation) Driving license with a good driving record VCA certification is a plus Additional Information Willingness to travel internationally up to 80% of the time Flexible schedule, including occasional work on weekends or during holiday periods Additional Information How to apply If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
