Description

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our client is a fast-growing, specialist company operating at the forefront of decontamination solutions. With an ambitious goal of capturing 50% of the market share, they are highly respected across all major compliance forums within the industry.
What sets our client apart? Their unique service offering, along with their dedication to compliance, reliability, and innovation, has earned them an outstanding reputation. No one else in the industry does exactly what they do.
You will be joining a supportive and experienced team of engineers and office staff, where clear structure and direct communication from leadership create a collaborative environment. At our client, you’re not just a number – you are part of a business that values technical excellence and professional growth.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Field Service Engineer to join our client’s team, renowned for delivering specialist turnkey solutions that meet HTM01-05 standards across dental and laboratory environments. With a strong national presence and a wealth of industry experience, our client empowers professionals by providing exceptional support in repairs, validations, servicing, and training – ensuring safe and compliant patient care.
In this field-based role, you will be responsible for the service, repair, and validation of decontamination equipment, with a primary focus on benchtop autoclaves (comprising around 90% of your workload), as well as washer disinfectors, RO water systems, and Smeg units. Serving compliance-driven clients such as dental clinics and laboratories, your tasks will include troubleshooting electronic and electrical components and performing hands-on technical work to a high standard.
Based regionally, you will travel within your assigned area with occasional national travel, including up to five overnight stays per month. No weekend work is expected, and a fully equipped, unmarked company vehicle will be provided.
You’ll be pivotal to daily operations, trusted to work independently and professionally, solving problems wherever they arise and helping to uphold the quality and safety standards that clients rely on.
