As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will provide advanced technical support in Industrial Automation, troubleshoot complex issues, ensure solution implementation, and drive customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Provide value-added services to Honeywell customers. * Ability to schedule and plan periodic maintenance service to contract customer base on service contract requirement. * Lead a team of technicians to perform the periodic maintenance service and attend to customer’s spot call. * Maintain and establish a good working relationship with the customer. * To do project management for alteration, additions or retrofit works on service site. * Propose small work quotation for customer and carried out the proposed work on acceptance. * Support sales on technical requirement of maintenance or retrofit sites, and including basic costing of job. * Assist project manager on big scale project to execute the project smoothly, on-time and on budget. * Adhered strictly to the Honeywell HSE policy and requirements.
