You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Yokohama, IA location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our field service operations, enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the growth of the organization through your technical expertise and commitment to quality service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide technical expertise and support for field service operations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs. YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions. Strong technical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. Experience with specific tools and technologies relevant to field service operations. WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Experience in field service engineering or related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
