LvLogics Ltd, based outside Kells, Co.Meath, has developed an innovative self-cleaning sensor “SiloSpi”, with an ambition to become the world leader in affordable solids monitoring. Lvlogics provide real-time level measurement for bulk materials stored in silos in the following industries - compound feed, biomass, by-products processing, pelleting plants for chemicals and plastics, re-cycling and cement.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The person will support and report to our Installation Manager and will have a varied role that includes installation of equipment on Silos, assembly of electronic and mechanical components and general operative tasks.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to install equipment, diagnose problems, and make repairs.
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to stick to a tight schedule.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a knack for troubleshooting technical issues both electronic and mechanical
  • Ability to collaborate with others and work well on a team.
  • Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.

ESSENTIAL BACKGROUND & SKILLS

  • Valid drivers licence.
  • Technical Customer service background.
  • Experience performing on-site maintenance.
  • Safepass and working at heights’ preferable but not required
  • Comfortable working at heights in a MWEP.
    Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: €30,000.00-€32,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Install monitoring equipment on customers’ farms or places of business and train customers / their maintenance team to properly operate or service their new hardware.
  • Work alongside the sales team to showcase products by demonstrating equipment functionality.
  • Work with our technical manager and installation manager to thoroughly understand customers’ needs and equipment issues before arriving on-site for maintenance or installation. Work alongside our technical team to understand the equipment in question.
  • Travel to job sites to troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, and fix /replace or install equipment as needed.
  • Provide regular scheduled, ongoing equipment maintenance visits.
  • Follow company procedures and safety policies.
  • Develop the role in expanding the knowledge of items being serviced through self-learning and development.
  • Work alongside the sales team to showcase products by demonstrating equipment functionality.
  • Candidates should be flexible regarding working hours.
