REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience:
• Experience with Kyocera and Utax machines is highly desirable.
• 1-2 years of IT experience or a background in office equipment servicing is an advantage.
• Prior experience working with photocopiers or similar technology is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Driving License: A full, clean driving license is essential as the role requires regular travel.
• Customer Focus: Experience in customer service with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and support other engineers when necessary.

• Repair, Maintenance & Installation: Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining photocopiers (primarily Kyocera and Utax models) at client locations.
• Preventative Maintenance: Regularly perform scheduled maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Client Support: Communicate with customers to address and resolve any technical issues efficiently.
• Installation: Install new equipment at client sites and ensure all systems are fully operational.
• IT Support: Provide basic IT support related to photocopier functions (experience in IT is an advantage but not mandatory).
