FIELD ACTIVITIES

  • Carry out Testing & Commissioning, Preventive Maintenance, Time & Material activities as assigned by supervisor for power products such as AC UPS and DC Rectifier in a professional, efficient manner, and achieve a high level of service to our clients within the restraints of time, expense, and profitability.
  • Respond promptly to assigned emergency service calls while on 24x7 standby duty.
  • Ensure availability in weekend/holiday and after office hours to support the team.
  • Participate in field troubleshooting activities together with technical support team, fellow field engineers and third-party vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • NITEC, Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Good customer service.
  • Knowledge in field servicing of power products like AC UPS, DC Rectifier, PDU, STS and batteries.
  • Experience in critical infrastructure is desirable.
  • Customer centric with high level of commitment to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and demands.
  • Good written, oral communication and presentation skills, with experience working with people across different culture and background.
  • Good relationship building and management skills with the ability to oster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners).
  • Self-motivated and work on own initiative; good team player.
  • Action- and results-orientated with a passion for success .
  • Aggressive in planning for and achieving targets.
  • Good time management skills .
