Description Summary: Responsible for overseeing the client experience as it relates to Service. Directly manages a team of Service Technicians and how they interact with external and internal customers. Essential Duties: Oversees the Service Technicians and their interactions with external and internal customers Owns the customer service experience as it relates to the Field Service Team Ensures the team engages and responds to customer request and concerns promptly Trains and onboards new Service Technicians Responsible for submitting payroll hours as it relates to the Field Service team Handles escalated client concerns and ensures timely resolutions Communicates and partners with other departments and divisions to foster a team atmosphere Ensures all current policies and procedures within the department are followed Closely monitors product changes and conducts training where necessary. Partners with the Inside Service Manager to deliver high customer satisfaction as it relates to the Service experience Requirements Qualifications: College degree preferred but not required Window and Door experience preferred. 2 years’ experience with direct reports Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Proficient with MS Office. Ability to Work with limited supervision. Must be a team player.
