Description

Falcon Foodservice Equipment is a leading provider of commercial catering equipment. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will ideally be located along the M4 corridor between Bristol and London.
As a Field Service Manager, you will use your technical expertise and problem solving skills to deliver exceptional customer service providing support to our internal and external customers.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a driven individual with a well-established background in commercial catering equipment who is passionate about providing quality service to our customers and has a real attention to detail. You will also have the following:

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
  • A proactive problem-solver with initiative and a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Comcat 1, 2,3 5 and LPG
  • 18th Edition and suitable electrical qualifications
  • IOSH Managing Safety is desirable
  • Must be flexible & be prepared to travel/stay away as the business dictates.
  • UK driving Licence.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to both internal and external customers
  • Undertake visits to support key customers both on site and at office premises
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints linked to product and site-specific issues
  • Support product engineering with new product reviews
  • Undertake engineering training in accordance with company requirements
  • Assist with service contractors’ performance reviews where required
  • Support product engineering and sales and marketing with trial units where required
  • Support sales and marketing with any exhibition support where required
  • Participate in the review of product warranty reliability
  • Ensure adherence to company environmental, health & safety standards in compliance with company policies to ensure a safe working environment and the minimisation of environmental impact.
