This is a rewarding hands-on position maintaining and repairing manual and powered wheelchairs for NHS wheelchair users across Herefordshire. Every day, your work will directly support people’s independence, mobility, and quality of life.

REQUIREMENTS

• Full UK driving licence.
• GCSE passes in Maths & English (or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
• Willing to undertake an enhanced DBS disclosure (due to working in regulated activity).

No two days will be the same – you’ll be:

• Delivering, servicing, and repairing wheelchairs and accessories.
• Visiting service users in their homes, as well as schools, care homes, hospitals, and sometimes working from our warehouse.
• Using hand tools and diagnostic skills to identify and fix faults.
• Properly recording all work completed on a daily basis.

Additional warehouse duties may be required from time to time, keeping the team running smoothly.
