Join us.   Position Title: Field Service Operations Manager   Location: Eglin, FL   Work Arrangement: 100% On-Site   Position Summary The Field Service Operations Manager is responsible for assisting with the leadership, coordination, and readiness of all Field Service Representatives supporting DZYNE Technologies’ Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) programs. This role ensures field service activities are executed safely, professionally, and in compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and customer expectations.   The Field Service Operations Manager maintains responsibility, accountability, and authority (RAA) for field service execution and serves as the primary liaison between deployed field teams, Flight Operations leadership, and engineering.   Required Duties and Responsibilities: * Lead, supervise, and mentor Field Service Representatives supporting UAS programs * Develop and manage FSR scheduling and deployment to meet test, training, and operational requirements * Participate in scheduling calls and maintaining crew scheduling tools such as Fire and Trello * Develop and maintain a comprehensive training program that ensures all FSR personal are properly trained, certified, and equipped to maintain operational readiness and proficiency * Ensure accurate maintenance and review of GCS and GDT logbooks * Collect, consolidate, and submit field feedback and performance reports * Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development feedback to FSR personnel * Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and Flight Operations leadership to resolve field-identified issues * Serve as the primary customer interface for field service execution and performance * Ensure safe, compliant, and professional execution of all field service activities Required Skills/Qualifications: * Proven experience in Field Service, Aviation Maintenance, Flight Operations, or related technical operations *  Prior experience leading or supervising field service teams * Strong understanding of avionics systems, data links, GCS operations, or unmanned aircraft systems * Ability to manage and coordinate field deployments, scheduling, and personnel assignments * Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced or remote environments * Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering documentation * Excellent communication skills to coordinate across departments (Flight Ops, Maintenance, Engineering, etc.) * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities *  Proficiency in creating reports, tracking metrics, and maintaining operational documentation   Preferred Skills/Qualifications: * Previous experience as an FSR or managing FSRs across multiple programs * Background in developing or improving processes, SOPs, or technical procedures * Experience with training personnel or developing training materials * Program management or project coordination experience * Prior experience managing rapid‑response or high‑tempo field teams * Experience interacting directly with customers in field environments   Education:  * Technical Degree (Aviation, Engineering, Electronics, etc.) or related military experience Clearance Level Required: Secret   Travel Required: Up to 75%   Working Conditions: The diversity of work conditions may range from an environment where there is little or no physical discomfort, such as a general office environment, to warehouse and other facilities.   Work performed may be in a harsh climate and often in hazardous situations. While performing the duties of this position, one may regularly be exposed to extreme and austere desert or other environments   Physical Demands:  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: * Must have the ability to stoop, stand, climb, occasionally lift a minimum of 35 lbs. * Involves movement between departments, floors, and worksites to facilitate work. Work Authorization Requirement: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for current or future employment visa sponsorship.   Hourly Rate: $55.00 - $60.00 an hour Pay depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high-demand professions. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus.
