WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous experience servicing photocopiers / MFDs (e.g. Utax, Kyocera, Konica Minolta, Develop, etc.)
• Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Full UK driving license
• Good communication and customer-facing skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be the face of our company, delivering excellent service while installing, maintaining, and repairing a range of photocopiers, printers, and MFDs. You’ll work across client sites, ensuring machines are running efficiently and helping customers get the most from their devices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Carry out installation, servicing, and repairs of photocopiers and MFDs
• Network/connectivity work, so experience in this is required
• Diagnose technical faults and provide on-the-spot solutions
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation
• Deliver high levels of customer service and build strong client relationships
• Manage your own daily schedule and stock levels
• Stay up to date with manufacturer training and product knowledge
