Candidates will work independently, with support from a collaborative team, and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge products and solutions. Accountabilities: · Perform expert installation, maintenance, and repair of smart home systems and technology. · Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance. · Convert service and installation appointments into leads and additional revenue opportunities. · Conduct safety assessments and ensure compliance with established procedures during all on-site visits. · Collaborate with team members and leadership to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. · Manage travel and schedules efficiently with a home-dispatch model, clocking in and out from your residence. · High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or technical training is a plus. · Strong customer service skills and experience in sales or technical support (e.g., retail, B2C, insurance, or field service). · Field technician experience preferred, including cable, internet, solar, construction, or related services. · Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to lift up to 45 lbs and climb ladders up to 14 feet. · Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. · Must live within a 20-mile radius of Bloomington, IL and pass background, motor vehicle, and drug screenings. · Competitive base hourly pay ($24.72 - $27.69) plus uncapped commission opportunities. · Comprehensive paid training, ongoing coaching, and support. · Company-provided vehicle, gas card, cell phone, and work tablet. · Flexible 4/10 work schedule with home dispatch and paid drive time. · Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage. · 401(k) plan with matching contributions. · Paid holidays, vacation time, and employee pricing on smart home products. · Career development and leadership opportunities in a fast-growing, innovative environment.
