The Field Service Representative (FSR) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while installing and maintaining diagnostic instruments in hospital laboratory environments.
This position reports to the Quebec District Service Manager and is part of the Service Department located in the Greater Montreal area and will be entirely remote.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- Technical degree in biomedical, electronics or related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience troubleshooting, installing, performing maintenance on equipment at customer sites OR 2 years of experience in with laboratory instruments
- Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written
TRAVEL, MOTOR VEHICLE HISTORY, AND PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to travel to the United States of America for training.
- Ability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise and/or place up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk (prolonged), and sit; squat and kneel, ascend and descend stairs; reach with hands and arms.
IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:
- Field Service experience
- Technical service for instruments in the following categories: hematology, chemistry, immunochemistry, automation.

The annual salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

Le représentant du service sur le terrain (FSR) est responsable de fournir un service client exceptionnel aux clients tout en installant et en maintenant des instruments de diagnostic dans les environnements de laboratoire hospitaliers.
Ce poste relève du directeur de service du district du Québec et fait partie du département de service situé dans la grande région de Montréal et sera entièrement à distance.
