Location: St. John’s, Newfoundland
Based out of your home office and reporting to the Regional Service Manager, the Field Service Representative (FSR) will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing our medical diagnostic imaging equipment, including CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, and Angiography, for clients primarily in St. John’s, Newfoundland.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have 5 years of experience as a Field Service Representative/Engineer in at least two of the following modalities:
  • Angiography
  • X-ray
  • CT
  • Ultrasound
  • Excellent installation and equipment servicing skills;
  • Diploma in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering Technology;
  • Must have strong communication and customer relations skills;
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Must be team-oriented;
  • Must be able to travel internationally for training;
  • Must have a valid driver’s license;
  • Able to be on-call;
  • Capable to work overtime and flexible hours.

  • Install Canon Medical Systems Canada Limited (CMSCA) equipment according to our standards while adhering to tight deadlines and ensuring full functionality based on specifications;
  • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and evaluation of diagnostic equipment;
  • Calibrate and repair diagnostic equipment in accordance with guidelines and quality standards;
  • Communicate and maintain accurate service records and field service reports;
  • Adhere at all times to all CMSCA policies, including environmental, health and safety, and confidentiality policies in their entirety.
