Location: Atlanta Metro area Reports to: Operations Manager Job Summary: Century Cabinets, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative with Construction experience. The ideal candidate will act as liaison between Century Cabinets and builders/superintendents/sub-contractors to assure excellent completion of all orders. What You’ll Do: You will: Act as Liaison to Customers (Field Personnel/Superintendents/Sub-Contractors). Schedule Homeowner Warranty and Service work as required. Field measuring and assessment of installs. Will finish touchups and adjustments as needed. Assist with any other duties as assigned by management. What You’ll Need: Three years of Cabinet Industry knowledge Installation background is a MUST Excellent communications skills – ability to be clearly understood on phone as well as clear concise written communication. Excellent multi-tasker. Exceptional problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to effectively represent Century Cabinets with our customers & subcontractors. Knowledge of Smartsheet’s and Quick Books helpful. Prior experience with online builder supply portals (i.e., Supply Pro) helpful. Must be able to pass an MVR Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
