Description Field Service Representative (FSR) — 2nd Shift Kreg Therapeutics | Hospital-Based Operations | Reports to Ops Manager & Local Supervisors The Role Support hospital partners by delivering, setting up, servicing, and picking up specialty rental medical equipment. This hands-on role includes driving, customer service, equipment cleaning/disinfecting, and basic troubleshooting. Training provided. Key Responsibilities Drive and operate a 28-foot box truck (about 10–250 miles/day) Deliver/service/pick up equipment and coordinate routes with Central Dispatch Provide professional on-site support and basic equipment guidance to hospital staff Clean, disinfect, inspect, test, and prep equipment for patient use Move and maneuver equipment/beds up to 1,000 lbs using provided tools Lift up to 50 lbs; frequent standing/walking/bending throughout shift Complete daily reporting using mobile/email/company software Qualifications Valid driver’s license Pass background check + drug screening (pre-employment and random) Customer/service experience preferred Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving Available for 2nd shift: 10AM to 7PM Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life Insurance • Paid travel expenses • Vacation/personal/sick time EEO & Accessibility: Kreg Therapeutics is an Equal Opportunity Employer and provides reasonable accommodations. https://go.cultureindex.com/p/e5yLzajkfhVcjx
