We’re seeking a Field Service Representative (FSR) to support customers throughout the greater Pennsylvania and Ohio area. Requirements What You’ll Do As a Visionix Field Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our company in the field — installing, maintaining, and supporting advanced ophthalmic and optical instruments. You’ll: Perform installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on Visionix, Briot-Weco, and Optovue products. Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support to ensure peak system performance. Manage service documentation, parts inventory, and RMA returns in line with company standards. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, sales teams, and management. Maintain company-issued tools, diagnostic equipment, and vehicles in top condition. Identify potential sales and workflow improvement opportunities. Support and train new FSRs, sharing your technical expertise. Perform other related duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring Associate degree in a technical field, military technical training, or equivalent experience. 2+ years in a field service or technical support role (6+ preferred). Strong mechanical, electrical, and IT troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and travel extensively by car and air. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Willingness to travel throughout the U.S. for meetings, training, and regional support. Knowledge of optics or ophthalmic systems a plus — full training provided. Willingness to Travel 75% plus travel required Work Location: On the road, visiting customer sites across the greater Pennsylvania/Ohio areas and occasionally other U.S. regions.
