Description Position Summary/Objective: Century Cabinets, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative with Construction experience. The ideal candidate will act as liaison between Century Cabinets and builders/superintendents/sub-contractors to assure excellent completion of all orders. Essential Functions: Act as Liaison to Customers (Field Personnel/Superintendents/Sub-Contractors) Schedule Homeowner Warranty and Service work as required. Schedule Drops/Installation of countertops with partner fabricators Assist with any other duties as assigned by management. Job Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong project management skills Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills Strong service mentality Qualifications: Three years of Cabinet Industry knowledge Purchasing/Receiving experience Excellent communications skills – ability to be clearly understood on phone as well as clear concise written communication. Excellent multi-talker Exceptional problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to effectively represent Century Cabinets with our customers & subcontractors. Knowledge of Smartsheet’s and Quick Books helpful Prior experience with online builder supply portals (i.e., Supply Pro) helpful Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Work Environment: This is a full-time position. Travel: Travel may be required for this position (>75%)
Responsibilities
