Field Service Representative/ Technician ETM lll This position requires an active Secret clearance. The Field Service Representative will perform Pop-up Barrier (AVB), Drop and Slide-Arm Barriers, Armored Gate House (AGH), SkyWatch Tower, and Non-Intrusive Inspection Systems (NIIS) setup, installation, maintenance and repair services. Candidate will perform maintenance and repairs on Force Protection Equipment and Non-Intrusive Inspection Systems.   Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Field Service Representative/ Technician ETM lll: $115,000 - $125,000 Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided.  Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. Field Service Representative/ Technician ETM lll Responsibilities Include:  * Perform all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all equipment IAW Technical Orders and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) commercial manuals. Perform inspections, equipment modifications, repairs, and identify maintenance problem areas * Maintenance and repair tasks will require competency with electrical, hydraulics, glass replacement/repair, and air conditioning. * Carries out routine servicing of equipment as part of measures to prevent breakdowns and malfunctions, which could interrupt or halt production activities. * Troubleshoots equipment to determine specific malfunctioning issues and assess them accordingly. * Prioritizes daily work orders according to level of importance. * Communicates with management to inform them about equipment faults and best maintenance techniques to implement for maximum performance. * Perform updates in the management information system (MIS) recording assets and spare parts * Abides by safety regulations during manufacturing activities; performs equipment checks to prevent mechanical hazards which could cause harm to operators and workers. * Completing daily reports, OEM checklist and requirements documentation on preventative and corrective maintenance activities. * Performs other job-related duties as assigned.   Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities Field Service Representative/ Technician ETM lll Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:    * A High School Diploma or equivalent is required * REQUIRED: Rapiscan Learning Academy Certification within last 6 months * (OSI Systems, Inc.) Rapiscan 600 & 900 series baggage scanners * ZBV (Vehicle Screening Systems) * T-25 Vehicle Inspection Systems * At least three (3) years of demonstrated experience working as a technician performing preventative, corrective and repairs services on Force Protection (FP) equipment, including but not limited to: vehicle barriers, gates, guard booths, towers, and/or Non-Intrusive Inspection System (NIIS). * NIIS will include but not limited to baggage scanners, personnel scanners, and VACIS (Vehicle and Cargo Inspection Systems).  * Must have experience operating in foreign environment * Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written * Demonstrated hands-on experience with repairing hydraulic systems, preferred six months to 1 year.  * Demonstrated knowledge of working with and repairing electrical control systems, preferred six months to 1 year.  * Preferred Radiation Certification (RSO) * Must have an active US Passport * Must meet current eligibility requirements to obtain work/residency visa in the required work location  * Willing to travel Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) and live and travel within the Area of Responsibility (AOR) * An Active Secret Clearance is required; verifiable in JPAS * Must successfully pass a drug screen, medical clearance, and a background check * Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal   Company Information: Cherokee Nation Strategic Program (CNSP) is a part of Cherokee Federal – the division of tribally owned federal contracting companies owned by Cherokee Nation Businesses.
