Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

We are currently looking for a fully bilingual (English/French) Field Service Representative to join our team in Laval on a permanent full-time basis. If you are someone who enjoys being part of a collaborative service team focused on providing an excellent level of support to internal and external customers, we invite you to apply.
In this role, you will be a part of the Eastern Canada service team and perform field service of medical devices to customer sites and patients’ homes. Some of the many tasks include after-sales service activities, equipment cleaning/decontamination, inspection, upgrading, testing and record keeping. You are able to work in a fast-paced team environment, meet service commitments, installation deadlines and produce quality results. Due to equipment availability requirements, you must be available “on call” during evening or weekends on a rotating schedule.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Adhere to technical procedure, this includes servicing, maintaining, cleaning and decontamination, upgrading, and testing and validation of each serviced device.
  • Interacting with customer and patients in a positive, professional, helpful manner that results in a positive experience for the customer
  • Maintain accurate, useful and complete maintenance records in Baxter’s maintenance systems.
  • Producing quality results
  • Meeting service targets
  • Maintains accurate, useful and complete service records in Baxter’s service systems
  • Maintains and ensure certification of all work and test equipment as per company operating policies and procedures.
  • Comply with all applicable Baxter policies and procedures.
  • Visiting customer sites and patients’ homes both in the province of Quebec and in Eastern Ontario. Some service trips may be required in the Maritimes on rare occasions.
