This role is responsible for coordinating field service activities, supporting customer accounts, overseeing service operations, and performing laboratory sample collection and analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, operational coordination, and laboratory experience in a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Customer & Account Support Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues. Identify customer needs and communicate opportunities for additional products and services to the sales team. Support customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and service coordination. Field Service Coordination Schedule and coordinate daily activities for field service technicians. Communicate customer requirements and work assignments to field personnel. Monitor service execution to ensure quality and timely completion. Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary. Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation. Operations Support Assist with departmental operational planning and process improvements. Support implementation of new procedures and operational initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer contracts. Coordinate and support small operational projects. Laboratory & Sample Analysis Collect customer samples following safety and quality procedures. Perform laboratory testing and sample analysis. Accurately document, interpret, and communicate test results. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards. Support troubleshooting efforts by providing analytical data. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with customers, field technicians, laboratory staff, and account managers. Communicate technical information effectively across teams. Participate in team meetings and operational planning. Provide guidance to field personnel regarding customer expectations and service requirements. Working Conditions Combination of office, laboratory, customer site, and field environments. Position is based at a refinery (Baker Hughes client site). Occasional travel to customer locations and field sites may be required. Position involves working at customer facilities. Safety-sensitive role requiring strict adherence to company safety policies and PPE requirements. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in: Field service coordination Customer service Account management Laboratory operations or a related industry Experience managing customer accounts and delivering excellent customer service. Hands-on experience collecting samples and performing laboratory analysis/testing. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work within established procedures, operational frameworks, and contractual requirements. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools. Must be authorized to work at customer facilities. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline (preferred). Experience in Oilfield Services, Chemical, Environmental, Refinery, or Industrial laboratory operations. TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) preferred but not required.
