Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the installation, start-up, and commissioning of automated finishing equipment at customer sites.
  • Manage field teams and contractors, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all project phases.
  • Partner with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients to define project deliverables and schedules.
  • Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and customer training during equipment installation and optimization.
  • Identify and resolve issues with mechanical, electrical, and control systems in real-time.
  • Document and report project activities, service calls, installation checklists, and customer interactions.
  • Enforce and model compliance with safety procedures, protocols, and site regulations.
  • Share field insights with internal teams to help improve design, installation practices, and customer support.
  • Commit to significant travel, spending multiple weeks at customer sites with planned breaks between assignments.
