Responsibilities
  • Coordinating major shut down projects through effective planning, resourcing and communication with key stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of work scopes, costing, scheduling, project planning and execution to completion
  • Ensuring all reporting needs and administrative functions required by the company and the customer are completed promptly and regularly
  • Supervise the accuracy and timeliness of time sheets and sub-contract documentation to enable prompt job costing
  • Identification of continuous improvements within your area of responsibility
