This role involves overseeing the scheduling and dispatching of technicians, providing technical support, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The supervisor will also play a pivotal role in training and developing team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Additionally, the Field Service Supervisor will drive business growth by supporting the preparation of quotes and proposals, ensuring that service delivery aligns with customer needs and expectations.   Key Responsibilities: * Support a team of Security Technicians and Engineers to deliver on agreed service and maintenance contract outcomes and small project work * Subcontractor management * Resource management and allocation * Client management and building strong client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction * Ability to manage and deliver maintenance contract obligations * Support timely and accurate compliance with internal metrics for financial reporting, cost controls, Health and Safety and Quality Assurance Key Experience & Capabilities: * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field * Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Service/Maintenance field  * In-depth knowledge of Security systems, preferred but will consider HVAC/BMS * Strong communication skills both verbal and written and interpersonal * Work within a team cooperatively and provide technical direction in a team environment * Proven track record in building strong relationships with clients and customer engagement * Ability to work under pressure and respond to requests in a timely manner * A strong commitment to a safe working environment * Exposure to contracts management in maintenance (preferred) * Must be able to obtain and maintain AGSVA Clearance of NV1 or higher   Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
