REQUIREMENTS

The company have a preference for an individual with experience of leading a team within the forklift industry, however this is not essential. Another option they would consider is a candidate that is currently working as a forklift engineer and has aspirations to step up. They will also consider candidate with a background working within a closely related industry such as plant equipment, automotive, commercial vehicles or similar, provided they have strong leadership experience. In terms of location, you will need to be based within an Aberdeen or Inverness postcode.

· Leading the forklift engineers working across the Aberdeen & Inverness postcodes
· Working alongside the Service Manager in overseeing the aftersales throughout the region
· Assisting the field-based engineers fixing and servicing Material Handling equipment
· Ensuring excellent customer service and representing the company in the right way when visiting customer sites
· Developing an understanding of the manufacturer’s products and assisting with new staff further down the line
