Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

In this role of Field Services Team Leader, you will lead and develop a team of installers and technicians responsible for supporting positioning systems and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll work closely with our regional and national teams to drive business growth across Western Australia. From tactical planning to performance coaching, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our reputation for expertise, experience, efficiency, and quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and coach your team to deliver top-notch service, maintain a safe working environment, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Drive business growth by expanding Aptella’s service offerings and identifying new opportunities in the market.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a strategy for Aptella’s future, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Use your technical skills to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and ensure all service work is completed to a high standard.
  • Take ownership of D365 system enhancements and train your team to maximise system utilisation.
