Join the Infios Robotics team as an AMR Technician and be on the front line of automated supply chain innovation. In this field-based role, you’ll work directly at customer sites to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair AMR systems—solving real-world problems and keeping operations moving. You’ll take ownership of service tickets, meet SLAs with confidence, and grow into a trusted system expert, combining technical skill, independence, and teamwork to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. What a Day in the Life Looks Like Perform repair, maintenance, and servicing of AMR machines and related equipment at customer sites Schedule, manage, and complete onsite service work, ensuring minimal disruption to operations Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and L1 software issues, escalating when required and owning resolution through to closure Partner closely with software partners (e.g., Geek+) to build strong product knowledge and act as local first-level software support Provide timely ticket updates and resolutions in line with defined service levels Maintain accurate and complete documentation, including timesheets, repair orders, checklists, maintenance reports, and expense reports Coordinate with internal teams, external service providers, R&D, project, and engineering teams as needed Manage spare parts and device inventories to ensure readiness and availability Support onsite engineering teams during implementations or escalations when required Contribute ideas to improve service processes, customer experience, and the overall Infios workplace What You Bring to the Team Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Strong capability reading and interpreting electrical schematics Experience working directly with customers in a service or field-based environment Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and discipline around reporting and documentation Positive, customer-first mindset with a desire to resolve issues efficiently and thoroughly Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role and pass a pre-employment medical assessment Willingness to travel interstate and internationally as required Preferred: Background in mechatronics, dual trade (electrical/mechanical), or equivalent hands-on experience Experience with automation control systems and industrial communication protocols Exposure to supply chain, warehousing, or automated distribution environments Why join us: You will be working in fast-paced and dynamic environment, with international clients and colleagues Attractive compensation with participation in company success Extensive opportunities for remote work and home office arrangements along with flexible working time models Numerous training and development opportunities, including programs offered by our ACADEMY You will have a fun, casual, and flexible work environment Why join us?
