SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team in the U.S. This role is vital in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support for their equipment needs. You will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering quality solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and CMMS systems
• Proficiency in HVAC systems and industrial maintenance practices
• Familiarity with hydraulics and electrical systems (low/high voltage)
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Perform on-site installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Collaborate with the technical sales team to address customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during all operations
• Provide training to customers on equipment use and maintenance
• Develop strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.
