Responsibilities:
As a Field Service Technician for Aristocrat, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, converting, installing, maintaining, and repairing gaming machines on-site at customer venues. You will be an immediate value add to the organization by ensuring the seamless operation of our customer’s gaming facilities by providing timely and efficient technical support.
In this role you will be working across the Albury region.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Install, convert, troubleshoot and repair gaming machines
- Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines
- Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues
- Maintain inventory accuracy and follow parts inventory process
- Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation
- Report on trends, needs, and service challenges
- Gather and report accurately on service activities by utilizing field service management reporting tools.
- Provide a high level of customer service and exceed customer expectations
- Ensuring all activities meet compliance and regulatory requirements
