Provide training and support to clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Maintain accurate records of service activities and client interactions.
Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.

Qualifications:

Associate degree in a relevant field such as engineering, technology, or applied sciences.
Proven experience in a field service role, preferably within the science and research industry.
Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Regular Night Working required
International Police check required
